Mirage was developed as an animated graphics and special effects creation tool for visual artists working in 2D animation, broadcast and video media. Bauhaus President Paul Ford describes his company’s flagship product as “a perfect complement to Apple’s Final Cut Pro and Shake products, providing a seamless pipeline for professional video and film production.”
Features of Mirage include animated paint, natural-media drawing tools, volumetric light and particle effects, keying, color correction and pixel tracking. Mirage sports histogram controls, spill suppression and matte controls, and multi-point pixel tracking and stabilization.
